The Challenge
Healthcare delivery is fragmented across the people and institutions that make it work — patients, doctors, hospitals, pharmacies and laboratories. Information rarely moves cleanly between them, and everyday operations still depend on manual coordination and disconnected tools. LightPath is being built to unify them in one secure, HIPAA-ready platform.
Ophir's Role
Ophir Intelligence is designing and engineering LightPath end to end — a healthcare management system unifying EMR, appointments and scheduling, outpatient (OPD) and inpatient (IPD) workflows, billing, pharmacy, laboratories, bed management and blood bank, with real-time reporting and dedicated panels for admins, doctors, nurses, lab techs, pharmacists, accountants and patients — plus a marketing site for a security- and compliance-conscious market.

Outcome
LightPath is one of Ophir's most ambitious software-engineering efforts — a multi-role, compliance-conscious healthcare platform designed for scale. It is in active development; the capabilities above reflect the platform's designed scope, at varying stages of build, rather than a finished, deployed product.
