A New Jersey healthcare-career training school given its full digital foundation — a public marketing site plus an enrollment portal that turns website applications into managed leads, contacts and cohort placements.
The Challenge
nCareerTek — a New Jersey healthcare-career training school offering fast, state-approved programs (CNA, patient care, dialysis, home health, EKG, phlebotomy, CPR) — needed a public site to attract applicants and a way to run enrollment: capturing applications, contacting leads, and moving them into the right cohort.
Ophir's Role
Ophir designed and built nCareerTek's public website and an enrollment portal. The marketing site presents its programmes and drives applications; the admin portal spans a dashboard of applications and enrollment, an applications CRM (new / contacted / enrolled / declined), per-applicant detail with an enrollment-progress timeline, notes and cohort matching, plus messaging and CSV export.
